Nanjil Broadband Shall hold the sole discretion to accept or deny the application for our services without assigning any reason, on rejection of said applicant the collected deposit shall be refunded.
The user agrees that all devices provided by Nanjil Broadband Will be solely used for availing our services and the user will take full responsibility to take adequate care of given devices for the duration of the agreement, the user will also agree to reimburse or forfeit the deposit in case of willful default, transfer, relocate or damage caused to the devices installed by Nanjil broadband.
The user agrees to use Nanjil broadband services provided by us or our partners and contracted companies for lawful use only.
The user agrees to receive the calls on the number shared and such calls would be coming from a third-party platform.
Nanjil Broadband may add to or change both Tariffs and plans, from time to time at its own discretion. The users are advised to regularly check for any amendments or changes.
Nanjil Broadband holds sole discretion at suspending or discontinuing of its services by giving the user reasonable notice.
